Return and refund policy

For purchases made in our showroom or at events, the customer has a period of 30 days for exchanges. If the purchase was made on our e-commerce, the customer has a period of 7 days (after receiving their purchase) to make the return. The deadline for exchanges is also 30 days when the purchase is made in our online store.

How to make your exchange/return?

  1. Send an email to contato@theclube59.com with your order number and your request.

  2. We will contact you after evaluating the request and, if the right to exchange is confirmed, we will send you a reverse shipping code from the Post Office. You will receive a posting authorization code via email with shipping information. Using this code, the cost is on us. Posting must be done within the deadline stated in the authorization. Just take your product to one of the Post Office agencies, enter the code and post it. Don't forget that the product must have the label attached. Products without the label will be returned via Sedex collect, with you being responsible for payment.

  3. After receiving the parts, our team has up to 10 business days to analyze the case and follow one of the 2 paths of your choice:

  • Product exchange: we generate a credit in the same value as the returned product, which can only be used on the website.

  • Return of payment: we refund using the same payment method as the returned item.
